In-Concrete Heating
Heatwell In-concrete heating is great for new homes or existing concrete slab overlays. It is a radiant form of electric heating that is continuously run during the cooler months to keep the concrete slab warm creating a cosy environment.
Heatwell uses a heavy duty electrical cable which is simply tied to the reinforcing mesh on top of the polystyrene insulation before the concrete slab is poured. Using an installation wattage of between 140 – 160 watts per m² utilising an automatic programmable thermostat.
Heatwell has a 10 year guarantee (conditions apply) excluding thermostat(s).
In-Concrete Warm Water
We have available the best people and equipment in the water heating industry. We can act as your consultants to point you towards the best system to suit your needs, from a residential development or to a large warehouse or utility building. It is recommended that 25mm polystyrene insulation be installed under the concrete slab.
