The HT-M is Heatwell's manual thermostat.  If you only want to turn on or off your floor heating when you want, then the HT-M is the thermostat for you.

The HT-M has is clearly numbered with a large turn knob.  The knob "clicks" with each degree increase or decrease, which helps those who are visually impaired.  An LCD show red when the heating is on standby, and green when the heating is active (green for go, red for stop).

The HT-M can be used as a new install or as a replacement.  However, the HT-M only has an air sensor capacity (floor probes cannot be used).  If you require the use of floor probes please consider the HT5.

The HT-M comes in four parts. The thermostat, the mounting block, the electrical block, and the knob. The thermostat attached to the electrical block via an electrical ribbon.  The electrical block acts like a circuit breaker for an electrical surge. The electrical block is the part likely to be affected by an electrical surge and can be replaced without having to buy another thermostat.
