Heatwells' Pro Series Underfloor Heating Cable
Heatwells' Pro Series is a twin core underfloor heating cable. The Pro Series is new to the NZ market. The Pro Series is designed to be 10W per lineal metre. The Pro Series comes with a NZ SDOC.
Heatwells' Pro Series has significant advantages over the traditional single core underfloor heating cable. The Pro Series only one cold tail. Drawing one cold tail up to the thermostat mount is much simpler than two. Planning the layout of the Pro Series is much simpler. There is no need to plan a return or have an even number of runs. All the installer needs to do with the Pro Series is to work away from the cold tail.
Determining spacing during installation of the Pro Series cable is much simpler. Heatwell Pro Series cable has been purposely designed to be10W per lineal metre. Divide the required watts per square metre by 10 to get the number of cable runs per metre. For 150W per square metre, lay 15 runs per metre. For 180W per square metre, lay 18 runs.

Heatwells' Gold Series is the traditional single core, underfloor heating cable. The Gold Series is a durable high quality cable. The Gold Series is 11W per lineal metre. The Gold Series comes with a NZ SDOC.
Heatwells' Gold Series under floor heating cable has two cold tails and is the standard style of cable NZ installers have traditionally used. Install as you have always installed.
The Gold Series has been designed to have very little cable memory. The Gold Series cable uses a specially designed PVC plastic coat that allows the cable to unspools very well.
The Heatwell Gold Series underfloor heating cable has a 15-year manufacturers' warranty.
