The HT4 has been designed to be very easy to program.  Many other models of thermostat make you feel as if you need a programming degree to operate.  Not the HT4.  We have removed options that market research suggests that the majority of customers don't use.

 

The HT4 can be used as a new install or as a replacement for an existing thermostat.

The HT4 comes in three parts. The thermostat, the mounting block, and the electrical block. The thermostat attached to the electrical block via an electrical ribbon.  The electrical block acts like a circuit breaker for an electrical surge. The electrical block is the part likely to be affected by an electrical surge and can be replaced without having to buy another thermostat.
